Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most serviceable locations.

Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: Up to 8 business days

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Situations beyond our reasonable control

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are governed by the courier partner.
